1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Grimkaaah Vote (grimkaaah.fr), published by Studio Grimkaaah: vote automation on Top-Serveurs, Top-Games and announced platforms, live panel, Discord VIP role.
2. Acceptance
By signing in with Discord, subscribing, or using the panel, you accept these terms and the Terms of sale.
3. Account & Discord
Access requires a Discord account and, for the live panel, the VIP role after a valid subscription. You are responsible for your Discord account security.
4. Bot usage
The bot votes for the identity and URL you configure. You agree to provide accurate information, respect ranking-site and server rules, and not misuse the service (fraud, spam, abusive multi-accounts, unlawful bypass).
5. Availability
We aim for 24/7 operation but do not guarantee absolute availability (maintenance, provider outages, vote-site / anti-abuse changes).
6. Suspension
Studio Grimkaaah may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, non-payment, or use that harms the service or third parties.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Studio Grimkaaah is not liable for vote-platform decisions (refusals, bans, rule changes) or indirect losses.
