Terms of sale.

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the Grimkaaah Vote subscription by Studio Grimkaaah: vote automation on Top-Serveurs and Top-Games (and announced platforms), Discord VIP role, live panel access, Stripe billing.

2. Packs & pricing

Offers (e.g. Starter, VOTE VIP, quote options like Top 1 server) are described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown VAT-included in euros, excluding any promo codes. One subscription covers Top-Serveurs and Top-Games based on the configured target.

Self-serve packs are monthly. “On request” services require a separate agreement (volume, duration, price).

3. Subscription & Stripe payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Checkout requires Discord OAuth and, in principle, membership of the Studio Grimkaaah Discord.

Promo, streamer or affiliate codes may apply per rules shown at checkout.

4. Renewal

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each monthly period via Stripe. Manage card, PDF invoices and cancellation from My subscription (Stripe portal).

On payment failure, Stripe may retry; access (VIP role / panel / vote queue) may be suspended until payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation

No long-term lock-in: cancel anytime via the Stripe portal. Access remains until the end of the paid period. Studio Grimkaaah charges no cancellation fee beyond the current cycle.

6. Refunds

Digital subscriptions start on activation (VIP role, vote queue). Except where required by law or an explicit commercial gesture by staff, started periods are not refunded. For exceptional requests, contact Discord.

7. Service & targets

The bot votes for the target (Top-Serveurs or Top-Games link + identity) set at checkout or updated via subscription / staff. Service depends on ranking sites, anti-abuse protections, Discord and Stripe. We do not guarantee a specific ranking.

8. Withdrawal right

Under rules for digital content supplied immediately, you may be asked to waive withdrawal rights at checkout so the service can start without delay. Otherwise the cancellation / refund rules above apply.
