1. Controller

Processing related to Grimkaaah Vote (grimkaaah.fr) is handled by Studio Grimkaaah. Contact: Studio Grimkaaah Discord.

2. Data collected

In the course of the service we may process:

Discord OAuth: Discord id, username, avatar, and membership info needed to verify access / assign the VIP role
Subscription & payment: billing and subscription data handled by Stripe (we do not store your card number)
Vote target: identity / username, Top-Serveurs or Top-Games URL, server name provided at checkout or updated later
Technical logs: bot, panel and security events (technical IP, timestamps) needed to operate and diagnose
Language cookie gk_lang: stores UI preference (limited lifetime, i18n purpose only)

3. Purposes & bases

Data is used to authenticate access, run and bill the subscription, automate votes, show the live panel, provide support, and meet legal / accounting duties. Typical bases: contract performance, legitimate interest (security / improvement), and legal obligations where applicable.

4. Cookies

Besides gk_lang, the site may use strictly necessary cookies / session storage (Discord login, CSRF, shop session). No third-party tracking ads on the Vote journey described here.

5. Recipients & processors

Main providers: Discord (auth / community), Stripe (payment). See their policies for details. Data is not sold.

6. Retention

Subscription and account data are kept for the relationship and as required by law (e.g. billing). Technical logs are kept for a limited time compatible with diagnostics and security. The gk_lang cookie expires per its configured lifetime.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to certain processing. Contact staff via Studio Grimkaaah Discord. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

Reasonable measures (HTTPS, Discord OAuth, Stripe payment, VIP-gated panel). No system is perfect: report any suspicious incident to staff.
